I purchased a laptop after one month the dead pixel problem started and I contacted service center and online services they rejected it saying it's not covered in warranty but the shopkeeper insisted it's under warranty and I requested engineer home visit after checking the engineer said it's covered under warranty and said he will try to order parts but the higher ups again rejected it il, guess I have to visit the nearest consumer court
