Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0013dx
My HP Chrome Book Convertible is experiencing some issues. On some of its videos and photos it stating that there is a decoding error. I would like to know how do I rectify this issue.

@Aikea1 -- a few possibilities come to mind:
- if you are streaming from the Internet, try streaming the same file from a different computer, to see if your Chromebook is "messing-up" while downloading/streaming,
- if you have a file on your computer, can you copy the file to a USB memory-stick, and move the memory-stick to a different computer? Does it decode properly on that other computer?
- it might be your disk-drive that is failing to 100%-correctly store/retrieve the file, causing "corruption"
