Product: HP EliteBook 830 G8 Notebook PC (26D50AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just got a 830 Elitebook that was refurbished. The colors on the display are awful - completely dull and washed out. Red is the worst - it appears as orange. I partly bought this laptop for photo editing, so this is a big problem. I've tried to factory reset, updated to Windows 11, updated Windows again to see if anything had downloaded incorrectly, power management settings, and calibrate color display. Any other suggestions would be appreciated as customer support is not getting back to me.
