Hp Envy 700 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ive had the PC for about 6 years and just recently on start up the display will flash with a few horizontal lines of blues, reds and greens before turning either completely blank or with lots of vertical grey lines of different shade. If this doesn't happen on startup it usually happens when I'm watching a video. It doesn't go away, the only fix I've found is to shut the PC down by holding the power button

Please can someone help

Many Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for responding

I followed the troubleshooter agent you sent me and although very helpful, has not resloved the issue.

Luckily I backed up all my data before this happened, so would a factory reset potentially resolve this issue? As I'd rather try that before I send it off for repairs

Thanks again!
