My all in one pc display damage

Hi @AjayG2026,

Welcome to the HP support community.

I see your all‑in‑one PC display is damaged. Could you tell me how it happened? Was it a drop, impact, pressure, liquid spill, or did it stop working without any visible damage?

Please share your PC details privately so we can check the warranty and service options. We need:

  • Product name/model (for example: HP All‑in‑One 24‑xxxx)
  • Serial number (SN)
  • Purchase date (if available)
  • Clear photos of the damage (front, side, and close‑ups of cracks or screen lines)

Do not post the serial number or photos here publicly. Once we have the information, we’ll check warranty status and advise on repair or service center options.

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.

Here is the link to find the product Serial number: - Click here

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile and send a private message to me with the serial number because we value your privacy.

I'm an HP Employee.
