Hi @PARK1004

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

We understand the report that the HP 32f display is turning blue. Since the post also lists an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer, we’d like to clarify which device is affected before suggesting any troubleshooting.

Could you please share a few more details?

  • Is the issue with an HP 32f monitor, and if so, please provide the complete product/model number from the label on the monitor.
  • What exactly appears on the screen when it turns blue, such as a solid blue screen, a “No Signal” message, or a Windows blue-screen error with a message/code?
  • Is the monitor connected to a desktop, laptop, or another device? Please share that device’s model as well.
  • Which connection are you using between the computer and monitor, such as HDMI or VGA?
  • Does the blue screen appear immediately after powering on, or only after Windows 11 starts?
  • Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? If yes, please let us know what you tried and what happened.

These details will help us understand whether the behavior is related to the HP 32f display, the connected computer, or the video connection and guide you appropriately.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
