What exactly do you mean by flicker-free, as far as I know, all working HP monitors are flicker-free, perhaps, you could tell me if you have any specific issues you need help with and I'll take care of it, meanwhile, click here to access the user guide for your monitor for details on the same...

I'm very sorry but the HP 24o 24-inch LED Backlit Monitor does not have a Blue Light Filter and does not  Flicker free. However, you can set up blue light filters in your settings from your PC. 

Here's the steps;

1. Open up your start menu

 2. Select the gear icon to open up your settings menu 

3. Go to system settings (display, notifications, and power) 

4. Select display 

5. Turn the Night Light switch on 

6. Go to Night Light setting

@priz15 I appreciate the update and I'll ensure we have this info updated on our repository as well, considering the sales team have mentioned it isn't a feature, I don't believe its available and I'm afraid it's not something that can be added either.
