Hello I have the following desktop: HP - Pavilion Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD.

I need a dual HDMI out graphics card that supports 4k on both monitors.

Please provide the Product ID of your system otherwise one can only guess what board might fit

I assume you are looking for the resolution of 3840 × 2160 which is the dominant 4K resolution in the consumer media

There are professional 4K resolutions as explained below

The NVidia graphics card gtx-1070 can provide 3840x2160 (or 2160x3840) and usually has 5 outputs:  1 DVI, 1 HDMI, 3 HD 1.4a

However, I would not recommend the 1070 as it is likely only to run at 30hz when stuck with two monitors

I had a pair of gtx-1070ti on my Area51 and when I removed one adapter for repair, my two monitors (2k only) were noticeable slower when drawing icons on both screens.  I do not think there was enough memory on one adapter to handles all the real estate on the screen.

I currently have an RTX 2080 super and it handles both of my 2k monitors perfectly.

Here is a list of adapters recommended for 4K.  I have not idea if they will fit or work in your system unless I know what power supply you have and if you need a low profile graphics card

we will have to see the configuration here, in order to be certain for the models of graphics cards, power supply ratio..
If you don't mind, I'll give you the place, I have something unexpected, and I'm going to leave soon anyway
And not too much experience in 4k, not the means, it would only be theoretical!
