Product: Hp + monitor lg

Fino a ieri il pc funzionava perfettamente..

Lavoro da casa in remoto da una settimana. Da ieri quando accendo il pc lo schermo mi dice nessun segnale e se vado sul menu dello schermo mi dice dual display non utilizzabile. Ma io non ho mai attivato questa funzione.  Non riesco a sistemare il problema...i tasti del monitor non funzionano,  ma se lo provo su di un altro PC funziona bene. Non riesco ad entrare in bios, insomma,  non riesco a fare niente. 

Può essere un problema nato dal momento che ho iniziato a lavorare da remoto?
