Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Ive just upgraded my Monitor from Lenovo to an Acer product. It has three input options HDMI, USB C and DP. Im getting the error message NO SIGNAL on the new device. My wifes Samsung laptop connects perfectly via USB. USB to USB is a fail from the Elite Desk. Ive also tried VGA to HDMI with a new converter and cord. No result either. I sure this is an issue with the box. Any suggestions on a fix would be appreciated.
