Everytime I log in on my HP Pavilion All-in-One , I get a window saying Critical Update Needed, with a Download Update button. I have received this window 15 times. Each time I have downloaded and run the executable file 15 times. Says I have completed the install. About 48 hrs later the same window returns. Is this a singular device window? I have a HP x360 Convertible Laptop, but have not seen this window. How can I get this window to work on my HP All-in-One? How can I verify that I am not having a similar problem on my HP Convertible Laptop?

Can you clarify what exactly is being offered?
take an image capture if possible!
maybe I'm wrong, but I'm thinking here about an update via support assistant..
but anyway, it doesn't work, don't insist ignore it for now
