Hey supporters!
I am Ali,I am getting a error with name Flash Dock EC with 2 options yes or no i cant use my keydbord or mouse because is not working only touch is work
also i cant add a usb or power charger in the keyboard but i have a light in my keyboard
I have this error from a week ago and i need a sultion without reset the pc or lose my files!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting flash dock EC error.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you restore the BIOS defaults following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then install all the Windows updates (Including optional) and check.
Here is how it is done.
- Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
- Go to settings (gear icon).
- Select the Update and Security icon.
- Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
- Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.

To get the answer to this question, you cannot enter your BIOS without a keyboard.
Backing Up Your Files in Windows 10
- Connect your external drive to the computer. If an AutoPlay window opens, close it.

Thank you for posting back.
You can use an external keyboard to enter BIOS.
In this case, you need to remove the hard drive and then do data backup.

I recommend you contact phone support to further diagnose the issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
