@Ali-xD,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting flash dock EC error.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you restore the BIOS defaults following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04831065

If you continue facing the issue, then install all the Windows updates (Including optional) and check.

Here is how it is done.

  1. Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
  2. Go to settings (gear icon).
  3. Select the Update and Security icon.
  4. Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
  5. Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

To get the answer to this question, you cannot enter your BIOS without a keyboard

Backing Up Your Files in Windows 10

  2. Using the search box on the taskbar, search for and open Backup settings.
  3. Turn on Automatically back up my files. note: ...

@Ali-xD

Thank you for posting back.

You can use an external keyboard to enter BIOS.

In this case, you need to remove the hard drive and then do data backup.
