Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have been facing issue with my brand new laptop. When I open or close a Netflix video on both the application and the microsoft edge browser the screen flashes black for 2-3 seconds and the it becomes normal. It also lags a bit. I have also updated all the drivers including the display drivers. I was just concerned that it might just damage the laptop so please help with the same.

so you are at home and in USA, right

and have no TV to test netfix ?

and uses pesky wifi right?

I am not at all sure what you see there for lag,  can you not just  watch NF and see if it works ok, not opening an closed things on a PC,  ??? does the NF run ok doing just one thing that?

try firefox yet, v79 up.  or Chrome .

not trying 2 browsers (not same time), makes diagnosis super hard , see?\

to all streaming sources fail this test(unk) or  just NF?
