Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I was on my PC, when it just froze, making a loud noise, so I had to shut it down and reboot it. After holding the power button down, it turned back on just fine. After about 15 mins of being on my computer again, the same thing happened where it froze making a loud noise. I reboot it again hoping it was just a outlet problem, and that it might go away (should have left it alone after the second time). Third time it loaded perfectly fine and after about 5 mins it completely froze again, this time not turning on at all. I unplugged my PC waited a bit, turned it back on and while it turned on, it wouldn’t connect to my DisplayPort. I’ve tried resetting my PC, resetting my Monitor, tightening my outlet, hard resetting my PC, and trying an HDMI cord, reseating my RAM and none of these allow my computer to connect to my Monitor. I’ve tried using my HDMI cable on my consoles, and the Monitor works perfectly fine. My computer seems to turn on and stay on, I even heard the windows noise through my speakers at one point, but when I try to connect it, my Monitor says “No Signal Detected!” Again my PC is a HP Pavilion 690-00xx, Ryzen 5 with 16GB, and my Monitor is a XL2411P Benq Zowie. I really appreciate any help, I am losing my mind haha.
