URL Hell.  Dear folks and HP.  I purchased a set of Monitors and now I need support/warranty on one of the pair.  The issue is that the power light is solid amber and the display shows.  However, if I press the power button and turn off the monitor it may or may not come back on.  I tried several things to resolve my issue and I've been at the point that I need an exchange or repair of the monitor.  I go through the support site and I get to the monitor section and when I enter my serial number the system cannot find it.  I entered the other monitor's serial number as well.  Looks like these aren't in the system or the system is broken.  

 

Can someone give me the phone number of support that I can talk to and get this repaired or replaced?  It was never this hard before.

ok,  I used a different device to get through the URL and poor web design and got a couple of contact methods.

Phone

English and Spanish for most products. In-warranty products receive free phone support. Out-of-warranty products may require a fee for phone support

7 days a week 24 hours a day (Excluding public holidays)
