I have tried everything to stop ghosting on my monitor for at least 1 month. I have updated my graphics card drivers, cleaned my monitor, and switched from HDMI to display port, and I'm still having this issue first of all is this included in the warranty, and is there a way to resolve this issue thanks for reading

That is a weird symptom.  I cannot comment on that problem without some left out facts, however.

First - post the model number of the PC and Windows version.

Second - add the model number for the monitor.

Third - as to the question - "first of all is this included in the warranty"  which device (PC or monitor) does this question refer to?

While using HDMI, connect the PC to another device IE: TV.  Does this ghosting still persist?  It would be helpful if you could include a photo of this "ghosting" as a digital device usually does not have this problem.

I'm not an HP employee.
