Hi,
I am finding that my desktop often crashes while using Zoom or Teams, I've heard that this could be graphics card related, before I upgrade my graphics card has anyone else had this problem and have they changed the card thus fixing the problem or could it be something else.
thanks in advance for any advice
TB

@thebear138 -- I cast my vote for "something else", because Zoom (and Microsoft Teams) has never crashed on any of my computers, even the ones that were factory-loaded with Windows 7, and then upgraded to Windows 10. Sorry, if this has not been helpful to you.

hi @thebear138
See the system requirements, depending on your use
the computer may not be very efficient, but that may not be the only problem
"my desktop often crashes"
what exactly is going on
apart from zoom, does it work well, or do you have other slowness/blocking issues?

Thanks for your reply, no, the computer runs well and I use it for work so there are no games or such on it.
It seems to crash mid zoom after I have had several meetings one after the other, I shall check out the links you posted.
Thank you again for advice
