Hi HP Community,

I'm experiencing an issue on my HP laptop where websites aren’t displaying graphics or images correctly. The pages load, but visuals (like images, menus, or interactive elements) are either missing or appear as blank spaces.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  1. Checked my internet connection — it's working perfectly.

  2. Reviewed my browser settings — everything looks normal.

  3. Cleared cache and cookies.

  4. Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).

  5. Updated my display settings and graphics drivers.

Even after all this, the issue remains. I'm not sure what else to do. Could this be a hardware-related problem? Or some deeper compatibility issue with my laptop’s graphics?

Device Specs:

  • Model: HP Pavilion x360 14-dw1025nr

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-1135G7

  • RAM: 8GB

  • Storage: 256GB SSD

  • OS: Windows 11 Home (Version 22H2)

  • Browsers: Chrome & Firefox (latest versions)

If anyone has experienced this before or knows a solution, please let me know. I'd really appreciate your help!

Hi @Den0487,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Browser Settings:

  • Make sure your browser settings allow images to be displayed. Sometimes, browsers have options to block images to save bandwidth or speed up loading times.

Clear Cache and Cookies:

  • Cached data and cookies can sometimes cause display issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to see if this resolves the problem.

Update Your Browser:

  • Ensure that you are using the latest version of your web browser. Updates often fix bugs related to graphic displays.

Disable Browser Extensions:

  • Extensions can sometimes interfere with webpage display. Try disabling extensions one-by-one to identify if any are causing the issue.

Check System Updates:

  • Ensure your HP laptop's operating system and drivers (especially graphics drivers) are up to date. Outdated drivers can lead to display problems.

Try a Different Browser:

  • If the issue persists, try accessing the websites using a different web browser to determine if it's a browser-specific issue.

I hope this helps.
