Hi community

 

After an unexpected shutdown of my Desktop I have green horizinal lines and dots on my screen. These are shown from the boot menu until Windows.

I have changed the monitor and the video cable. I have tried HDMI and DP port, issue remains.

Did a Video Memory Fast Check, a Video Memory Check and a Palette Check. All succesfull.

 

What could be the reason?

HP Recommended

I was in touch with HP Support and they sent me a new video card. After the video card was replaced, the issue is solved.
