LA2405wg. I have got a new ASUS laptop and use my LA2405wg as monitor. But on videos I get green lines following the shape of the picture.
I don't have the problem wenn I use the monitor from another laptop.
And I have tried to use another monitor. Here there was no problem.

Let us try these steps:
Check the cable connections and reset the monitor as shown in this document.
If the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue with this monitor as the lines does not appear on other monitors. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
