I connect my Nvidia shield to my HP U32 4K HDR via HDMI cable (the only option), and I am unable to watch any Netflix streaming videos; the Nvidia shield warns me that the monitor or HDMI connection may not support HDCP 2.2.
I studied the technical specifications of the U32, and it should support HDCP 2.2.
I'm suspicious that the display is broken or that the HDMI cable isn't HDCP compatible.
I'm not sure what options can I have to solve this problem, hope I could obtain some solutions from HP.
The 2nd question is, why is HDR certificate blank when I check it on windows 11? And it should have the "vesa 400 certificate" according to the specification.

I suspect that if only Netflix has this problem, then the HDMI protocol might be the problem. Assuming the HDMI cable in use is the one that came with the monitor, then Netflix might be sending a signal and the monitor cannot complete the answer, or the NVidia shield needs to looked at. HDMI 2.2 requires digital communication between the sender and the receiver.
Assuming the NVidia shield shows content from other sources that produce 4K signals and Netflix is the only problem, has the connection of the NVidia shield to a 4K TV been OK?
I'm not an HP employee.
