HDMI IN Port stop work

HI all, please help me!

I restaured my envy 23-k000br for using windows restore.

And now my HDMI in button is not working. I tried a lot of stuff to solve that, but any is helping me.

1 - updated drivers

2 - hdmi cable is working

3 - installed restalled HP My Display a lot of times (version 2.08 and 2.09)

4 - Updated windows

I understand that the HDMI port is not working.

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
