Hi, So I've been using my PC to play Playstation 4 using the HDMI input button. But then a few months ago, it started having problems. Switching inputs still works but there will be no sound when playing PS4. To fix this, I press the HDMI input button multiple times, switching inputs back and forth until the Sound comes back - it works, sometimes it takes a few clicks, sometimes it takes more than a minute of nonstop switching.
And then it got worse, the HDMI input button stopped working at all. I took a break and haven't turned on my PS4 in two months. I decided to turn it on a few days ago just because i got a little free time and nothing happens. Normally after pressing the button, a list pops up (input, brightness, volume, etc.) but this time, nothing. I checked the web, read forums, tried the 'solved solutions' like unplugging everything, check for updates and still nothing happens.
It would be a huge help if there was a hot key to switch from PC to PS4 on the keyboard. I remember while on HDMI Playstation mode, i accidentally pressed the 'Enter' key on the keyboard and it switched back to PC mode just like pressing the HDMI input button but pressing the 'Enter' key again will obviously not switch back to HDMI Playstation mode.
So if there is a keyboard shortcut that will allow me to switch from PC to HDMI, then that's all I need.
Thank you.
