Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm going to purchase an All-in-one PC (Envy 27-cp0001, model # 4E0F8AV). I need to use it also as docking for my HP laptop (it has built-in USB-C thunderbolt interface) and as a monitor for my Set Top Box with HDMI interface. In the specifications is not clear if the only HDMI 2.1 port is IN (the use that I need), OUT (to connect a second monitor), or bidirectional. Customer Service was not able to clarify it and I don't want to risk to purchase a 1.600+ € PC taking the risk to be not compliant with my needings. Has someone experiences with the same model or series that can help me?

When it says only HDMI that means HDMI out
