I am working with ASD (Arise Secure Desktop) and I need to be able to set up dual monitors.  The problem is, in ASD, it won't acknowledge a monitor that's using HDMI (I get the "No Signal" message).  VGA is fine.  HDMI (monitor end) to VGA (computer end) is fine (but the reverse is not).  ASD tech support pretty much said this was out of their league.  I've tried different adapter configurations and what it comes down to is straight VGA or HDMI *to* VGA (monitor to computer).

ASD is on a flash drive; to access it I boot from the USB drive.

Monitors work fine in Windows.  ASD...that's another story.

I was talking about this issue to a Best Buy employee and he suggested updating something or whatever in BIOS.  I'm not exactly a techie (though I've picked up things along the way).

Any suggestions?

@Alexandra_Spear -- I looked at:

There is a mention that dual monitors is possible.

Sorry if that is no help to you.
