Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Barachiel is at your service.

I understand you are in need of support,

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned below:

Follow this link https://hp.care/2K6P7Iw and install the chip-set driver. Once done re-start the computer and check if it works. 🙂

You may also follow this document https://hp.care/2K5PaUX and perform the steps. 😉

Let me know how that pans out.

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask any other queries as  well,

Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help. 😉

I tried downloading the chipset driver that you sent me the link of and i got an error during the setup which sad

error 173-AMD installer cannot continue since amd graphics hardware was not found.

I also looked at the 2nd link that you sent me but when i go in control panel i dont have the pen and touch option

Thank you for responding,

It's great to have you back 😉

Re-start the notebook, keep tapping F10, and check in the BIOS screen, If it isn't working, it is a hardware failure. 🙂

Let me know. 😉
