HP 22es
macOS 10.15 Catalina

After 1 year of happily usage, my HP monster started to acting weird. It just pushes the second button itself forever.

Here is the video:

Is there any solution to make it stop so I can use my lovely monitor again?

Thank you.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Please perform a hard reset on the monitor by following these steps:

  • Disconnect the monitor's power cord and the cable from the computer.
  • Please press and hold the power button of the computer for about 20 seconds to discharge static electrical charges.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, thank you for your answer.

I've already tried this but nothing has changed.
