HP 23es

I have a monitor model HP 23es.

The monitor had the power input port pushed with unnecessary force and it broke. It works if wiggled around but it won't stay on.

I opened the monitor and inspected the power input port and it's broken inside of the plastic housing.

I've been looking online for a replacement board and cannot find anything for the 23es.

But I've found some for the 24E 22ER and was wondering if that one might be compatible.

Thank you very much for your time.

Hi @Don_Spencer,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that there is an issue with the monitor hardware and may need replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
