hp 23es Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Monitor shuts down randomly. I have a dual monitor setup (same monitor types, different Serial Numbers of course) and both will do this but lately is has been one.  I have:

 - restarted the monitors

 - Reset the monitors

 - checked and unplugged for 3 min and plugged in

 - replaced cables (HDMI and Video Cables) - via Docking Station

 All to no avail.  Please advise.

@JRyan1,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the monitors are turning off randomly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tested the monitors connecting directly to your computer?

As you have mentioned that the monitors are connected via a docking station, I recommend you check if there are any updates available for the docking station.

Also, update the graphics driver on your computer and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊
