Hello. I have an HP 23es monitor I bought two years ago. It worked great with my older HP 23er until yesterday. I have a PC and a laptop connected to the monitors, and I use the "QV" button on each monitor to switch between my PC and my laptop video input. Yesterday the 23es shut off and when I got it back on, the "QV" feature was no longer in the button menu. I've unplugged the monitor, hooked it up to just the laptop, and it works, but the "QV" feature is gone. I tried to reset to factory settings and that didn't help. When I use both monitors on one device, they both appear (extended monitor view), but when I have both devices hooked up, the 23es won't show an input (both HMDI and VGA appear inactive). I checked the outputs from the PC and laptop, and they work. I also checked all the cables individually and they work. The monitor works fine as a stand-alone now or when connected to one device (work PC), but when I connect to both again, it goes black. Any ideas?
