Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

1 - What is the max resolution of the HP 27j display.  Hp site seems to give two answers.  Is it 4k uhd (3840x2160) or not.

2- If it is 4k UHD how do i connect it to my Dell Inspiron 3910.   Does not seem to connect in UHD using a standard HDMI cable.  Display has two HDMI ports.  Had a similar experience that was fixed by using a display port (this monitor does not have a display port.
