Hello there!

Anyone know about Flicker Free support in HP 27mx (4KK74AA) display? hp.com says nothing, some websites providing different info.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked without these issues?
  • Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?

let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:

  • Right-click on your Desktop and select the Graphic control 
  • Select the appropriate setting 
  • Click to control the settings using the Graphics Driver 
  • Set / Adjust the controls 
  • If applicable to your setup, save/apply the settings before you exit

And, also I recommend checking if the issue appears on the BIOS screen (restart the computer and tap on F10 to access BIOS)

This would confirm if it's either a hardware failure or an issue with the graphics card drivers so we may reinstall and update the drivers to fix the issue as mentioned above.
