Hi Everyone,
My monitor out of nowhere, while watching a video, began to display just like it would display when your video card didn't have drivers installed in the days of Windows 95/98/XP. Everything is slightly smudged and very low quality. I would say it's displaying in 8 bit or maybe 16 bit... I connected two different laptops and changed the HDMI cable basically isolating the issue to the monitor being the problem. Factory resetting the monitor does not change anything. I went on the HP site, it finds the monitor but says it can't find any drivers for the device...do you guys have any ideas?? This monitor is only a year old. I can't find the receipt for it or any warranty info (palm to face) Any help would be highly appreciated.
