HP All-in-One PC 24-df0000a (7UH93AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Name:HP All-in-One 24-df0xxx

Number:1K0F8AA#ABA

Processor name: AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics

I am trying to figure out why my HP all in one 24 says that it can connect to another display, yet everything I try does not work, and there is only one HDMI port that is not labeled input or output. I have connected/reconnected, tired different HMDI cords, tried and HDMI switcher, switched to all different ports available, checked for updates, restarted devices, etc. No matter what I do both my laptop and my HP all in one will not recognize each other when I connect them via HDMI, what can I do to make it work, or can someone please tell me if this model is too horrible that it really cannot connect to be used as another display. The laptop I am trying to connect to is my work laptop, and is a Dell brand, if that helps any. I am hoping someone in the community can help me as I have no heard anything back since inquiring with HP support and can't find anything online about this specific issue for this model, other than that I need two HDMI ports.

If you see in my description the model of the computer I have is different than the one that the system would let me select. There is only and HDMI Input as far as I can see. If someone could just tell me If that one input HDMI can be used for a second monitor that'd be great, as the above answer literally didn't help and just had me do everything I've already tried. I am not a tech person, so i Have no idea what any of the specifications are, so have no idea what the document provided to me is supposed to help.
