HP All-in-One (AIO) B&O Desktop, Windows 10, no USB ports working, thus no keyboard, no mouse, so I can't get in.

I was trying to update my drivers and I used a program called AusLogics.

The two drivers I was most interested in updating were my mouse and RealTek audio (card?),
because the scroll button on my mouse doesn't respond well (it actually goes in reverse a lot and it drives me nuts), and because the speaker suddenly stopped being as loud as it once was.

So, in the process of following the prompts from AusLogics, it wanted wanted me to download some file for the ports.
And bam. Suddenly, none of my USB ports work.

And since it's an All-in-one desktop, without the ports, I have no input devices. The mouse and keyboard are reliant on a USB port; whether wireless or wired.

So, although I can turn the computer on and off manually, I can't get passed the first screen (the one with the photo and the time; i.e. the one before you're asked to input your password).

The warranty has expired so, that's not going to help me.

I've tried the steps described here, but to no avail.
As well as here.

Nothing's worked.

If anyone out there can help, I beg you to
