Product: HP E243p Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just installed a E243m Monitor as a dual screen with an existing E243p Monitor. The older monitor is not as bright as the new one. The brightness settings on the older monitor are set at 100.

Is the older monitor failing?

How do I adjust both monitors so that they have the same appearance?

@JWom -- since you cannot increase the brightness higher than 100%, can you use the OSD (On Screen Display) of the new monitor, to reduce its brightness to match the old monitor?
