Product: HP EliteDisplay s230tm Monitor

Hello, I hope I can get some help with this issue. I have an Envy 23 AIO desktop and I'm using an EliteDisplay s230tm monitor as a second monitor. I have everything hooked up and I can use the second monitor, the only problem is I cannot use the touch features on the second monitor. I did a little research on here and found the driver updates for the monitor for Windows 10, downloaded them, restarted my desktop a few times, and tried to adjust the touch settings in the control panel for the second monitor to no avail. Has anyone found a workaround for this? I've seen this problem with a few different models of HP monitors where the touch features stop working when running Win10. I have Win10 21H1 now, is it possible to roll back the updates to Win10 1803 or a version that still has driver updates available for download?
