Hi,

 

  I'm after a replacement mounting bracket for the monitor specified above. It comes with the monitor but it seems finding a replacement if it's missing or broken it's impossible to replace.  

 

I can't find an aftermarket one that fits and I also can't find the correct bracket available on the HP store. 

 

I spoke to a representative on the phone and they weren't able to help with the request beside refer me to a parts stockist, whom also does not have the item needed. 

 

I've seen this question posted in several places on this forum and nobody seems to have been able to find a solution. 

 

Can a representative online please advise on an avilable replacement that I could procure?

I need a VESA adapter for my Envy 27 as well....have looked everywhere for one; would you please get me in touch with whatever HP support can source one for me? My email is sdean aht sdean dot net.

It appears from this webpage in France that the Envy 27 VESA adapter is part # 911361-001 at least in Europe.  Have been unable to find it in the US.  Does this part number help to find it over here?

Went to PartsSurfer, entered the number. Yay! It appears to be a good number.  Boo! It shows up as N/A as in Not Available and you can't add it to the cart.  What next?VESA-Adapter-in HPPartSurfer.JPG

#2 Last time I called up HP support, I was on hold for exactly an hour...and then told to call back again some other time and disconnected.  MKazi, can you tell me an HP monitor support number that will answer my call?

My thanks to the super support from MKazi, an HP employee who knows his stuff and cares!!!!

He directed me to:

where I could enter the number I'd found (in a French computer website!) of 911361-001 and order theVESA adapter for my HP Envy 27s monitor.  It cost about $45 with shipping.

I ordered the part 911361-001 as indicated in the post, however, it does not work wirth my HP ENVY 27 w/ beatsaudio. Is there something I am missing? Also, there were no instructiuons in the box only the part.

Filetti13, this is for an Envy 27" 4K (UHD) monitor (only).  HP appears to have reused the ENVY name for an all-in-one computer.

And this part doesn't (apparently) work with the envy computer
