HP Envy All in One Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi There,

I have the HP Envy All-In-One Desktop with windows 10 Home,  and recently had to do a factory reset. After the reset my camera was working fine but after I installed the HP Updates, it stopped working. I can get it to turn on for a second then it freezes after a second. I looked at the different information in the HP resources but it keeps telling me to go to device manager and download HP Webcam-101 or Microsoft USB Video Device under imaging devices. These drivers are not listed.

I tried all of those steps and nothing worked. I did however manage to fix it on my own, not sure exactly how to be honest. Thanks
