Please help. I have a HP Envy X360 m6 convertible and I just purchased a HP G5 docking station. All peripherals seem to work (wireless mouse/keyboard, power, etc) except the monitors. I am trying to set up two external monitors but they will not detect. I checked that all my drivers were up to date
For troubleshooting, I hooked up my work laptop (HP elitebook) and it worked just fine.
Is the envy just not compatible?

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c05187566
It only has 1 USB 3.0 (Type-C) port which is NOT compatible with your HP USB-C G5 dock
Regards.
