Product: HP M27f FHD Monitor

I have an HP M27F FMD Monitor: Prod# 2G3D3AA#ABA.  The Power Button and the first Monitor Button stopped working about 3 weeks after the warranty expired.  I have confirmed the buttons are not "locked out".  I am trying to replace the Monitor Button Board but cannot find a replacement part.  The part number on the board is R3522-0052-0156 (3A) / 67D055M511113 (3A).  I cannot find that replacement part online, however, I do find R3522-0012-0156 (@ moretvparts.com) which is identified as being used on an HP M27F FHD monitor.  is this a valid replacement?  Or is there someplace I can get a replacement board?  Thanks for any assistance anyone can provide.
