Product: Pavilion Desk Top PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen goes into a sleep mode & I can't get it out after some inactivity.  It says "No input signal check cable connections.  No input signal found.

All cables are securely connected.  This monitor is less than 6-weeks old, bought new at Walmart.  HP24m.

I have to completely disconnect power to the entire pc for a few minutes and turn back on to get it to work.  This can't be right!  HELP!  It's on VGA setting.

sorry, but from what you indicate, it is not possible to identify if it is the screen the problem!
It may be the computer ..
So we should know if the pc is working properly.
The best thing to do to find out if the screen does not have a problem, would be to test it with another computer.
If it does not work either, then there yes, you must contact the seller

I didn't have a second monitor or screen to try that solution.  I'm lucky to have the one I got.

Ok, so don't waste time, for the guarantee!
Either find someone who can lend a screen!
Either find someone to try the screen on another computer!
If not possible, contact the dealer
