Product: HP Monitor VH240a

hi,

 

My HP monitor VH240a frequently goes blank screen and returns automatically after a second or two. I have tried multiple things to check for any loose connections but couldn't find any.

 

Please suggest any solution for it as its too distracting and I am thinking of returning/discarding the monitor if the problem persists. Here are my system details:

 

Computer: Mac Mini M4

OS: Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.1

Mode of connection: HDMI Cable
