Product: HP OMEN 25
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
A slightly noticeable vertical spot appeared in the upper left corner of the monitor, it was noticeable only on a white background, I cleaned the screen with a special tool, reinstalled the video card drivers, changed the connection cable, the problem can not be solved, what could be the matter and how can I help?m7Bnyix20NA.jpg

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
