Hello
My Omen 27c QHD Curved suddently stopped displaying any image, instead it is just showing what I assume is the light blue filter. I'm using it for my desktop PC with a RTX 4080 and i9 9900k - everything worked fine for about two months when totally random while playing a video game, the image disappeared and the monitor only shows the backlight. The buttons on the monitor also don't seem to work, I can't even turn if off with the power button and the monitor menu won't show either. The monitor is recognized by my PC, I can adjust the brightness and contrast in the Omen HUB which actually changes the intensity of the backlight, but it will never display anything else besides that.
I tried different drivers, different cables (HDMI & Displayport), reset BIOS, tried different monitors on the same PC (that all work fine) and connected the monitor to other devices (same issue persists). At that point I have no idea what else I could try to fix the monitor. It could be the monitors PSU (possibly it is constantly running in "power save mode"?).
Any idea what causes this issue and how I can fix it? Attached is a picture of what it looks like...

Please attempt it thrice as this step and Restart the unit
Step3
The unit has to be turned off, Press Win+ V while holding these two keys then Press the Power button, continue to hold all three keys for 30 seconds and then release the Power button first and then release these two keys Please attempt it thrice and then you may get a Pop-Up CMOS Check and it will restart the unit

Hi Gaya1239
1) I'm having this issue since a few weeks already, it started around 6 months after using the monitor on an almost daily base. I switched monitors in the meantime but recently got time to look into this again, hence I posted here.
2) I didn't make any specific changes on my computer. I was just casually playing games when this backlight issue occured out of nowhere. I was in the middle of a gaming session when the screen turned black and ever since that moment, it just won't show any image, only the backlights as shown in the picture.
I tried a few of the steps you suggested (resetting / updating bios) but after testing with three other monitors, I am pretty sure it's the Omen 27c that is causing the issue and not my computer. All other monitors work fine but this specific one just won't work, not on my PC and not on my PS4 either. At that point I already spent several hours trying to fix this issue, I think the best way to solve this is to just ask for a replacement.
Thanks for trying to help me and have a nice weekend.
