I have an HP all-in-one 23-q119 computer, Product #NOA5OAA with touchscreen and did not have any trouble with it until the day after it prompted me to extend my warranty. The very next day, my computer started acting different and would not wake up from Sleep Mode. I thought that maybe it needed an update, so I updated Windows. This did not help the problem so I performed all of the troubleshooting recommended by HP with the BIOS and SATA power management. I still have the problem and can't seem to fix it. After I try to wake up the computer from Sleep Mode, the computer starts to run; I can hear the fan and the light is on at the bottom of the monitor. If I click the mouse and sign in (without seeing the screen) it sometimes flashes fuzzy lines of black and white. I have tried numerous suggestions from the HP website on changing power and sleep settings, but with no success. The only way I can prevent this is to not ever let my computer sleep and this is very inconvenient. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My all in one computer will turn on and the light at the bottom right corner of the screen will turn solid lit. The screen will not respond though, and will not turn on. I have to reboot the computer (hard boot) for it to turn on with the boot up sequence.

Same.... It only happened around November 8th, so its a recent problem for me. Odd- why isnt everyone having the same problem.... But exactly the same as you with the fuzzy lines (although not everytime). If I use the keboard to wake up, I can hear notifications (co- insiding with ones on my phone), but the screen is blank.
Oh well good luck- if I find a solution I will update this thread!
