HP Pavilion 27XW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Monitor: HP Pavilion IPS Computer Monitor LCD LED Backlit Full HD Screen 27 Inch 27xw

While moving the screen got cracked. I wanted to know how to get a replacement screen.

Solutions I have already tried

I have already looked at HP PC Parts https://parts.hp.com/Hpparts/CountryChoice.aspx, and have had a hard time locating the part.

I have also looked on ebay, but can't seem to find what kind of screen I need to buy.

Any information on this is appreciated

Thanks

Roy

I'm afraid that this is a hardware issue, I would personally suggest you contact our HP phone support for one on one interaction.

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp

Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest

Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect

Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

Keep me posted on further assistance. Hope that helps!
