The computer is connected but the screen is black

Please answer a few questions to identify the issue better:
 

  • Does the issue occur on an external monitor?
  • When does the issue occur? During the boot or operation?
  • Does your PC have a discrete graphics card?

 

Meanwhile, Verify display cables are connected to the Graphics Card ports and 

check for visible damage on ports and cables.
