Hi @Kelly610,
I thank you for your response. Have you replaced graphic cards before? Have you tried locally to get the correct screws for this graphic card? Please keep me informed.
Take care and have a great day.

Thank you for replying,
My reply was regarding the screws on the chassis to open the computer up,
However, as far as I know any graphics card wouldn't require screws to fit in,
All you need is a compatible PCI slot and you are done,
A lever connects the card to the slot and locks automatically,
Please check and keep me posted,

Thank you for the clarification,
I needed that information,
Although, if this is your computer: HP TouchSmart you might want to check the post by clicking on the link,
And if you wish to proceed, here's a video I found after a lot of research: Click here
Tools: you need Torx T8, plus small and very small Phillips screwdrivers,
More information: click here (3rd party link-please ignore the ads).
Let me know if that helps,

Hi @JosephBrian
I only handle/support consumer products
Although, I've attempted to help you out to the best of my knowledge,
It seems the commercial/business support will help you in a better way.
I will notify a colleague at the business support team,
And they will get back to you shortly.
